Eternal Strands takes the climbing of Shadow of the Colossus and Dragon’s Dogma can places it in a world full of life and color. As you attempted to uncover a decades long mystery and attempt to survive, you’ll track down beasts and monsters, harvesting their power for your own needs.

Sniper Elite: Resistance is more of the same, and while that is somewhat damning, it is at least more of what Sniper Elite 5 gave us, a damn fun multiplayer experience both in competitive and co-op.

Dynasty Warriors Origins is a staggeringly solid comeback after the disastrous Dynasty Warriors 9. Whether new to the series or a veteran of the franchise, Origins is hands-down the best in the series. 

Star Wars: Episode One: Jedi Power Battles Remastered could have been a charming beat’em up and fixed the list of issues that plagued it several years ago. However, with no real changes to gameplay, visuals, or its structure, Jedi Power Battles is the same bad Star Wars game it was 25 years ago.

While certainly influenced by the likes of Vampire Survivors, Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel brings the iconic Norse legends to life with impressive visuals and design. From the Berserker to the Seeress and beyond, you’ll fight in several areas to vanquish all foes in your path.

Dreadout Remastered Collection is more port than remaster, but handles its atmosphere with great execution. As you explore the halls of a derelict school, trying to find your friends, you’ll use your cellphone to vanquish ghosts and other evil forces.

Hollowbody, is a game inspired to hell and back by Silent Hill 2, and with a new update that adds a third-person perspective to the game, I've dusted off my hover car and crash-landed into the ruins of an old British town. 

OverRider, developed by TensionMeow Studio is a wildly addictive brawler draped in a gorgeous cyberpunk aesthetic that even in Early Access, is impressive, if just a bit rough around the narrative edges. 

Xuan Yuan Sword: The Gate of Firmament is unfortunately a very poor experience, regardless of having the fundamentals of what should be a good game. From horrible presentation to constant mini-map glitches, there is almost nothing to like here

After wrapping credits on The Great Circle, I had to simply admire the dedication Machinegames had in crafting such an authentic Indiana Jones experience. I also thought about how challenging it must have been to achieve such a nearly flawless adaptation of its source material while also ensuring that this adventure felt entirely new.
