This month, fans and newcomers to the series will be able to step back into Isaac Clarke’s stompy remastered boots when Dead Space releases on January 27th, 2023. Just before Christmas, EA Motive announced on Twitter that development on the game has been completed, announcing that the game has gone gold.
While “gold” isn’t quite the celebration it once was, it does mean that the game has started manufacturing for discs to be shipped out to retailers all over the world and that code for the game has been sent to PSN and Xbox storefronts, as well as PC.
Knowing that the game is just weeks away now, and that we will be able to step back into the USG Ishimura, the team at Motive have been very transparent when it has come to the development of the title, producing a series of developer diaries and a ton of gameplay videos.
Take a look below at episode one as it details the incredible work that is being done to bring one of the best games ever made to an all-new audience.
