Today, NEXON and NEXON Games, as a part of their ongoing preparation for the upcoming launch of The First Descendant, the free-to-play third-person looter shooter, released the latest installment in their Dev Talk video series where Creative Director Joo Minsok, Producer Lee Beom-jun and the rest of the team prepare players by sharing never-before-seen footage, new details and more along with brand-new character trailers. To help even more with launch preparations, NEXON Games is allowing players to pre-load the game through the PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One on June 30 at midnight PT so that Descendants can jump right into the fight for Ingris on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
The latest The First Descendant Dev Talk video, which can be seen via YouTube HERE, dives deeper into how players can progress through the game and how they can utilize their own personal strategy to protect Ingris. Additionally, the team will be releasing another Dev Talk video all about the first post-launch seasons, new characters, customization, economy and more on launch day, Tuesday, July 2. The playable Descendant characters Ajax, Bunny and Valby were early fan favorites.
