Dragon Age: The Veilgaurd director has no plans for DLC.

As Bioware's Dragon Age franchise is set to return this October, the game's director, Corrine Bursch stated in an interview with Youtube MrMattyPlays that while she was a big fan of Dragon Inquisition's Trespasser DLC, which felt crucial to the story, she wants fans to know that the base game for Veilguard is a complete story, one designed to tell the whole story. In the interview, she said:

"We've had a lot of conversations about how expansive is this story, how far does it go, what is the conclusion and resolution? Really, we wanted to make it the most complete out-of-the-box package we possibly could, from player experience, to the narrative, and everything else, so that's entirely our focus right now."

When asked if DLC could be in the cards, she continued:

"Hard to say what the future holds, so never say never."

Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be released on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC this October 31st.
